IDADEE is an association created by a group of Haitians who experienced life in an orphanage. They formed the idea to help the next generation. It is a non-profit, Christian organization. It is self-governing, non-political, and social. The mission of IDADEE is to build a compound in Cap-Haittain, Haiti that includes a place to live for 32 orphans. Seven acres of land has already been purchased and a security wall has been started around the perimeter. The compound will include facilities to promote spiritual, physical, moral, material and educational growth to children. Promoting self reliance will also be part of the compounds goal.
The facility will include a dormitory, kitchen/dinning room, Chapel, sports field and a pharmacy. Every aspect of caring for a helpless, starving child has been addressed. By putting Jesus Christ first, the goal is to provide needy children with a loving home and to ultimately better their lives and the country of Haiti. We can do this by assuring them good heath, a quality education and job -training.
Why I.D.A.D.E.E.?
Located on the western half of the island of Hispaniola, is Haiti. Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. It is a place where children are often neglected or completely forgotten. Daily many have to deal with incredible poverty, malnutrition, lack of even the most primitive shelter, epidemics, illiteracy and deterioration of the environment. they are victims of the socioeconomic and political crisis in their country. the children are , in fact innocent and vulnerable, they depend on the compassion and actions of others.
All children should live in peace and joy. They should have a safe and stimulating atmosphere to play in. They should be in an atmosphere that nurtures their spiritual, physical and mental development. Their childhood should include harmony and an atmosphere of cooperation that will allow them to blossom and expand as they grow into young adults.
I.D.A.D.E.E. is committed to teaching the principles of Matthew 6:33: "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well". God is using I.D.A.D.E.E. to do His Work. Haiti can change for the better!

This may seem like a huge task! Something almost overwhelming, But we serve an amazing God! With Unemployment at 80%, Hatit is a very difficult place to make any money. They need plenty of support from others who are wiling to step out in faith and help this vision become a reality. Both prayer and finances are a huge need. Please consider helping in either way.
